Small Group Ministry

Small groups are designed to give individuals a place to grow in their faith and to develop the spiritual habits in their lives.  The size of the group will normally not exceed twelve persons so that intimacy can be achieved with the group members.  Groups consist of the following:

  • Discovery Groups  these groups will come together for a specific discipleship study to help members establish basic habits of the Christian life.  Groups will stay together for three to six months.

  • Support & Recovery Groupsfor those who are dealing with difficult issues or specific life problems (i.e. divorce, grief, addictions, etc.).  These groups will last anywhere between 12 weeks to several years.

  • Life Groups these groups provide more accountability and a deeper commitment to the spiritual disciplines.  There is an emphasis on deepening relationships and ministry involvement.  Groups will stay together for a longer period of time with a maximum of 3 years.

  • Ministry Groupsprovides opportunities for members to live out their faith both in the church and the community through a variety of ministry opportunities.  These groups will remain together until the ministry is completed.

These groups meet at various times through out the week. Call the church office at 704-436-6603 or click here to sign up for the next small group opportunity.
