Look over these ministry descriptions and pray about where God would have you to serve. Consider the level of commitment that is expected in each ministry area, your spiritual maturity, your personal schedule, and your personality. Then use the online sign up form to indicate your interest in serving.

Levels of Commitment
Level 1: Open to all that desire to serve.
Level 2: Open to those who have a personal relationships with Jesus Christ.
Level 3: Open to those who not only are professing Christians, but have also demonstrated significant spiritual growth and are equipped and trained or willing to be trained in a particular ministry. Must have been attending Mission for a minimum of 6 months.
Level 4: Open to those with the ability to be involved in overseeing a major ministry with a high level of accountability and spiritual maturity.

Sunday School Teacher: Lead in Bible study and learning activities weekly. Designate on your commitment card which age group you would prefer to teach. Level 3

Sunday School Teacher Substitute: Lead or assist when a teacher is absent. Designate on your commitment card which age group you would prefer to teach. Level 3

Preschool (birth – kindergarten) Sunday School Director: Encourage preschool teachers by assisting with curriculum, workshops, supplies and special needs. Level 4

Children (Grades 1 – 6) Sunday School Director: Encourage children’s teachers by assisting with curriculum, workshops, supplies and special needs. Level 4

Sunday School Greeter: Welcome members and visitors to Sunday School in the Preschool/Children Activities Building. Level 1

Helping Hands: Greet children and parents in the hallways as they arrive. Assist children and teachers as needed. Level 1

Worship Care Volunteer: Provide care and leads activities for preschoolers during the worship service. Will serve approximately 4 times a year. Designate which group you prefer to work with.
(8:30 Nursery/8:30 2 & 3 Yr Olds/11:00 Nursery – 3 Yr Olds) Level 3

Worship Care Coordinators: Coordinate the calendar for Worship Care, mail cards to volunteers, and ensure that workers are in place on Sunday mornings. Level 3

Worship Care Nursery Greeter: Greet nursery parents and assist in security system. Level 3

Survivor Club Snack Provider: Provide snacks for the Survivor Club once a month. The club meets each Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Level 1

Survivor Club Mission Leader: Lead children in learning about missions, Bible stories, Bible games, and mission action projects. This club meets each Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Designate which age level you prefer to work with. Level 4
Prek-Kindergarten Grades 1-3 Grades 4-6

Survivor Club Music Leader: Lead children in music activities on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Designate which age level you prefer to work. Level 1

First Contact: Make parent contact and welcome new babies by decorating mailbox and displaying a flag. Level 1

Treat ‘em Right Team: Express appreciation to teachers and other Sunday School personnel for their leadership throughout the year. Level 1

Media Technical Team: Assist with taking pictures and video footage of various Preschool/Children activities. Designate on your commitment card if you would prefer to take pictures or use video camera.
Level 1

Mission Project Volunteer: Work with other adults to coordinate one of the mission projects with children listed below. Designate the area you are interested in on your commitment card. Level 2
